Only a few days ago , I was riding along minding my own business with the misses on the back in a slow speed zone and this chick come cruising up the other way on a bloody pink scooter ...wicked looking modern thing , anyway shes got a matching jacket (pink) and black pants with dark visor on her helmet...she actually looked pretty kool...
anyway , she waved at us real sweet like (girlie)lol and my misses spotted her doing it because I waved back
..
I got a good old double thump in the ribs for my troubles and a short rant and rave at the next stop..
does it pay to be nice ???

Almost sounds like a "How my Wife met my Mistress" Kinda stories, heh. Better watch it bud, I'm not afraid of a man alive but the fury of an angry women scares the **** out of me.

hahaha i try my best to wave at everybody on two wheels, sometimes they dont see me wave, dont get a wave back, or get it back. Those on scooters as said before, most dont know the "code" and are too focused on the road ahead of them that they dont see us wave at them so its like screw you too lol
they always ride like they're super stiff and scared half to death! i still try sometimes though when i get eye contact! haha

I tend not to be the first to wave... and they NEVER wave first. So, they don't get a wave, just like Harley riders don't get a wave. I'll make an effort towards fellow sportbike riders though. Maybe I'm just a ***** lol

x2 on that, scooters to me are just a bad idea. Being on bikes like ours has plenty of risks, but when you hop on one of those little things your far less visible to drivers (not to mention much quieter) and the lack of acceleration and deceleration just spells trouble...but no i dont wave
