Typical house up here in the PNW, almost every house is ugly as hell, most resemble a shoe-box with windows, usually 1500 sqft, so-so area, no land, 60+ years oldall for 250K......insane.

Thats about 125 K here in southern ohio

 

Houses are stupid expensive up here. 200K won't get you a single wide near a town. Allot of people from California come up here because it has gotten even more retarded down there, so that drives the prices up here, good jobs, plus cheap houses (compared to what they could get in Cali. A decent house in a decent neighborhood runs 300K starting, and its nothing impressive. I don't get it, summers here are awesome, but the other 9mo of the year blow *** with average 50 degrees and rain/fog/overcast everydamndayI leave in a month or so....absofukinlutely can't wait.

 

LOL 350k! I thought it was a 90k house honestly.. wow. For 350k that is absolute rubbish.. Unless it is actually a tiny house with everything working.. then it might be worth 350k :P

Good marketing to have pics of a furnished house, rather than empty. Not a bad place for forty years on. Needs a new exterior, spend say, $18k-$20, new deck, stucco and some tile, turn around and sell it for $425k.
