my comment is basically in reference to the fact that Ramsey swears you should live on a strict budget. And if there is anything left over as to what he refers to as mad money than spend it. But beyond that, if there is nothing there. You just pay the basics and keep Humping till maybe someday you see daylight. I don't totally subscribe to that method. You can't let yourself become totally deprived of a little enjoymentare you're not going to have the motivation to do anything. And as for your girlfriend situation. Dave Ramsey actually had a conversation with a young lady, a little ways back in the same situation. My memory is not the best and can't remember what the advice was. Do remember he referred to the insurance companies as a bipolar bunch of bottom feeders
Would like to congratulate you on the birth a little belated of course and commend you on pushing old world values over modern day monetary gain of two incomes this country could damn well do with a few more well appreciated stay-at-home moms wish you the best of luck with this situation

Have you checked out Paralegals? there not a licensed attorney but they do all of the paperwork for you. I used them to prepare papers for me, not for BK though, sure they do it all and its at a fair price.

Yeah, most of the people I spoke with over the phone were paralegals. I gave in on friday and just forked out the $1200 to get it over with.

It was $900 for the lawyerplus the standard $299 filing fee. Also, you must remember that I'm up in Wisconsin...not too many big city competitors around here.
