YOu should try and be compensated for this ordeal. Talk to a lawyer and see if you have a case. Pain and suffering from being cuffed, transported, mugshots, yada yada. You could get paid.

 

I wouldnt be letting this go without a fight.

 

dad works for lawfirm so he brought it to a lawyer today well see what happens

 

LOL. I've seen it happen before. And ya you could sue if you were the suing type. It's not the officers fault however it's the idiots that process the paperwork's fault. Hard to trace really. But ya, sorry about your luck
