You have my sympathy, but nothing makes you so angry as someone so pig ignorant that they can't even leave a note.

We were discussing the availibility of motorcycle-mountable perimeter miniguns and claymores for parking protection in another thread.

I've had a couple people set of my bike's warning shock alarm already. My biggest fear is coming home from a non-ridable work day and finding my bike laying in the street

They were discussing guns in another thread, you may want to read up on that, when/if you do find out how it happened.

i can top that i had a 6 month old bike that i parked in a friends garage because i lived in an apartment, one night i decided to ride it home and leave it in the parking lot over night, one night wont hurt right? WRONG i woke up the next day and my bike was stolen, never recovered it and im still paying for it, sux but i definatley learned a lesson there. but if that suzuki wasent stolen i would have never gotten my 929 so i guess some good came out of it

Man, sorry to hear that. At least they didn't knock it over....?

Keep an eye on cars that park around that area and see if you can find some black paint, then ask the driver about it. You'd be surprised how many peoiple cough up a confession and an apology/resititution if they "think" they might be busted, even if they aren't.
Good call, hangfire.
