(Ford F-350 chasis/engine with the panel van body) Ford dropped the Econoline name, and now just name them "E" for the full size vans, and "F" for the full size trucks.

Clearly my comedy is second best to hum-drum.If I were being serious, however, this would be the car I'd do it in, damn:

Just bought a new bike as my "Winter ride" (couldn't find a halfway-decent car for what money I had, so figured, what the hell. The 'new' bike will cost less to total than just replacing plastics on my 07). However, when it gets actually icy to the point that even my "Nah, I can make it" side takes a hike, I've got the car I bought my wife. 2003 Turbo New Beetle.

And the car I used to have until about 6 months ago.... 1971 Dodge Polara 4 door hard-top. 32K original miles. Brought it back to drivable (replaced about every rubber part or gasket in the whole car), ran it in a couple of car shows... then gas got to where I couldn't afford 10mpg highway with a new house, new car, new bike, and really, the car was starting to show rust cancer in a few places and I knew I didn't have the time or money to take care of it like it needed... so I sold it... sadly, for chump change. (Infront is the trusty Honda Rebel I used to rock, Woo!)

It's so long it takes two pictures!
This was at a local car-show I had the old girl in.
