That wasn't a blast on you though redd (it took me a while to type). I'm sure the tequila you buy is a different story. I actually haven't had the higher-end tequilas. I'm sure I would like them.

MMMmmmm, cognac...
No offense taken...but I do have a question for you.

Did you eat the worm?

EHonda I just had some Leffe a few weeks ago my girlfriends parents bought it for me... that is a fantastic beer
Leffe is the sh*t. If you guys haven't tried it yet, you're missing out. It's great for something they would consider a "macrobrew" out in Belgium/France. A 6-pack here generally runs me maybe $9, not too bad.

Soltol doesn't have a worm, but when I drink mezcals that do, no, I don't eat the worm. [:-]

I have no idea why someone would. Have a feeling testosterone has something to do with it, though. Would have done it when I was younger - lol.

+1 on the Svedka. Just tried it a couple months ago. Cheaper than absolute and hella better. All that said Im not a big fan of vodka though.

I drink whiskey straight w/ a lil ice: Jim Beam Black, Wild Turkey Rare Breed, and if I feel like blowing a load Jack Daniels Single Barrel.

Beer: Hot summer day in the sun - Miller Lite, any other time - Yuengling Lager.

On the whole Ill drink anything you sit in front of me. Im what you call a garbage disposal.

Oh yeah, and can't forget about Hitachino Nest Beers. I haven't found a single variety that I haven't liked.

Also, I used to go to a franchised brewpub called "Thirsty Dog" here in Canton, but it shut down a couple of years ago. I never understood why nobody was ever there. It was great! The place had good food, and good prices and was only 2 miles from home. Their raspberry ale and california crisp are great. Damn, now i have to take my wife to the one in Akron (heard there might be another)!!! Anyone else enjoy this place? There are apparently a few on the east coast and the midwest.
HOLY SH_T!!! Dude, I loved The Dog!!! I lived in Miamisburg just south of Dayton, and there was one in Centerville off of 675. Best beer and best food! I was there every weekend...home away from home.
Old Leghumper, Balto, Golding's....[sm=icon_guiness.gif] But yeah, sadly I heard they shut down after I moved. I think they are mainly in the midwest.
