About 3 MPH - but on a Hurricane that weighs 600 lbs, I'm quite happy.

 

I have ridden in lots of traffic when I used to commute to work and I did quite a bit of filtering including slowing to almost zero and steering round the backs of cars to go into another filter line because one is blocked further up or the gap is too narrow ... I have reached the stop light and actually had time to decide what foot to put down ... so yes zero for a few moments is doable and I have often done this ... I think I have pretty good balance in general ..

I don't know. I've creeped along with the speedo needle sitting squarely on the peg and not moving. It was definately below walking pace. Tons of clutch...

I can go a whopping 1 mph.... at 4-way stop intersections that arn't busy I will come to a stop without putting my feet down then cross the intersection
