He used to post all the time. I ran across an old post of his and realized I hadn't seen the purple hippo in quite a while.

Anybody know?

tends to happen like that. people come and go and get caught up in current interests. you also have to remember coming into winter and there will be alot less active in the biking community. i am always around cause i have all day to sit in front of a computer and do nothing at work. LOL.

Yeah, but he was a moderator. Plus he was funny as hell!

I don't know what being a moderator has to do with it... I guess I expect more out of them, but I shouldn't... look at Tahoe!

I don't remember him saying anything about leaving...

I sent an email asking him if everything is ok.

thats the other thing, after someone disappears from a board, especially a bike forum an accident isnt the last possibility. god willing it doesnt happen, im just saying.
