Same here! I think that is why I have what dotors call, "a little bit of a weight problem".

That's funny MDFF...along those lines, you could deep fry and dog turd, dip it in ranch dressing, and I would ask you for seconds. I also love Chinese food...for about 10 minutes. After that, the quality oflife in mystomach, lower intestines, and surrounding areasstarts to become compromised. If I had my way, I would Pizza for every meal.

Fish, vegetables and lots of fruits. No sugars or breads. No packaged foods at all in my house and no fast foods.
Cereals like oatmeal after workouts

Supplements,

Proto-Whey and Egg Protein (400 grams a day)
Kre-Alkaline
Nitric Oxide
Vitamins
Calcium and Magnesium

Others as needed depending on what I'm doing from cycling, triathlon, or just weight training.
You know... it's weird. I've been visiting forums for the better part of 5 yearsnow. In all that time you come across all kinds of people and it's natural to kind of, "figure out" someone else based on the things they say (post)...

And for some reason I had you pegged as a fitness/body harmony-type dude.

Weird.
I spent a lot of years as a heavy drinker and 2 pack a day smoker. I have 6 years sober and yesterday was 5 years as a non-smoker. Now I obsess on health.

heres a tip...smoking kills over 600,000 people EVERY YEAR...1000 BABIES die from second hand cigarette smoke...AND everytime you light up, aunicorn drops dead in the magical gum drop forest. (first and second point are actually true, this third one im still waiting on conformation) sorry for being so blunt about it, but its my life goal to get everyone in the world to quitsmoking

prime rib (so good have to list it twice)
sour cream meatballs with mashed taters
enchiladas
chimichangas
home-made beef stroganoff
wisconson cheese soup

Being type 2 diebetic really sucks.[>:] I have to watch everything but I love oriental cuisine and FRESH sushi. Since I am stuck NM fresh sushi is very rare to not at all. [>:] I lift, run, play soccer when I get a chance, golf (very rare), but most importantly riding my bike when it is running.[>:]

I will eat anything except lima beans. Lots of meat (just got done eatin 2 monsters) and the meats gotta be rare. Favorites are cottage cheese, taco salad, and raw hamburger.......mmmmmmmmm mmmm.

+1 on the ramen noodles, not the cups though. How do you guys pronounce it Ray-men or Ra-men?

bowl of cereal for breakfast, 2 scoops whey protein in water
albacore filet, brown rice, cup of nuts
bowl of cereal, another fish filet
2 scoops whey protein, bowl of corn, another cup of nuts
grilled chicken breast, cup of broccoli

and generally a 6th meal either after the chicken breast or between the 1st and second meal, depending on what day it is, sometimes ill get a protein bar, and some beef jerky

i drink water and skim milk, occasionally a coke zero for some caffiene, and usually crystal light or that dasani strawberry water, maybe sugarless orangeade. no bread, no processed food other than the cereal.
