My bike club donates money from every ride to Child flight rescue helicopter & money to a nominated worthy cause (usually kid related). I think my other contribution would be a steady supply of well maintained 2nd hand bikes (aka trade ins) for other bike buyers.

I help my friends with thier bikes doing their maintaince and what not, I do it mostly for enjoyment. I always stop for a biker thats on the side of the road too. So far I only helped a guy get gas for his bike (and yes he did have his reserve on already)
