Id a little pissed about it. Especially since they not only had the ***** to steal pictures, but then they put their own copyright banner across them all so one can steal their hard earned stolen pictures... priceless.

Yeah, I'd report them. Given how many of these aftermarket fairing fit poorly/ ship late / arrive broken and how many of the sellers don't respond / take care of their customer, it'd bother me to know that my bike was being used to bait other riders.

I might give them a chance by emailing them a copyright infringement notice. But then, yes I'd go after their seller account.

Hell yes its irritating for someone to steal your images. As recommended, notify ebay admin. They *should* take action against them.

Theft of images has become more rampant. I posted a photo I shot for a magazine some years back (another hobby) on a popular forum. I really didn't think anything of it til weeks later, when another new forum member posted it as his own...& he even submitted it to other publications as his work. Emails to him went nowhere until I threatened legal action.

Eventually, he admitted to submitting my photo "by accident", as to not fully admit theft. He "withdrew" my photo from his submissions only after I proved it was my work. After this, every time the photo would pop up credited to him, I had to rehash the whole deal to get recognition for the photo. Only good thing to come out of it was that, I was eventually contacted by a publication asking to use the photo.

I'd recommend that you take as much action as possible to rectify the situation. Yes, its irritating but its yours & you should have the credit. Good luck.
