What do you listen to while riding?

alot of metal and rock from all years but thats if ima be on the bike for more then a 10 minute ride to me next stop. else wise i talk to myself and talk to other drivers.

"Oh hello miss dodge caravan. nice to meet you. oh would you look at that. no turn signal. oh really? that model van didnt come with turnsignals? it was an option to have them? well i guess saving 2 seconds outa your time is deff worth my life."

As far as music, I've bought a little thumbdrive mp3 player just for riding and snowboarding and put a folder on there with Rise Against, Rage Against the Machine, Zebrahead, Sum 41, Powerman 5k, Rush and Andrew W.K. These are songs that always keep me away from getting too pissed off while riding.
I do enjoy some hip hop, but haven't been able to think of a good "mood stabilizing" mix of hip hop to listen to while riding. As a result, I will sometimes ride with dnb or garage/dub step.
