So the question is when your not riding and decide to take a stop at the mall or theater ect... Do you leave your helmet on the bike take it with you or do you have some sort of anti theft device for your helmet?

I carry mine when I have to, but I usually end up meeting people there that drive and put my gear in their car. I have used the short cable latch that comes with the RRs but never felt safe about it. I know I'll never leave my Shoei helmet on the bike.

 

Always carry it, but on the occasions i`ve gone on holiday with my bike and wanted a good look round i`ve locked it to the front wheell with a cycle lock round the chin bar. (helmet Covered) and placed under the cowl near the front wheel.

 

ahh... good question! i've always wonder what others do about this. i almost always carry mine with me. if i'm where i can see the bike at all times i hang it on the mirror

 

I carry with me usually. I have an Icon backpack with a helmet pocket so I just put it in there and not worry about it. If I leave it on the bike I just use the strap loop under the back seat. I usually do that when it's a good neighborhood.

 

It is a KBC Assassun. I live in a good part of town and if I go to the mall I take my truck. I did take it with me when I walked around Sanat Fe MN but I just have had good luck whith putting it on the back peg it looks like it is locked up.

 

I can remember the last time i was at a mall on any of my bikes onless i was just meeting somebody there.

I would no go to no mall or movies and let the bike sit outside. That's just impossive here in New York, forget the helmet, they can have it; but the bike...Not a good idea!
