I work in IT domain name registration. I'm also an MSF coach on the weekends, when I'm not wrenching on my friend's bikes for some side money.

fire protection

I am a fire protection technician. I specialise in the installation, maintenance and repairs of Exit, Smoke and Fire doors. I am also trained in the inspection / servicing of hose reels and fire extinguishers. Another part of my training allows me to audit businesses in relation to their fire protection systems. At the moment I travel approx 100000km per year around Victoria (australia). So the scenery is always changing, new faces n places. Very much enjoy what I do. With any luck I will be starting an engineering degree next year to help further my career. And I a currently researching a new design for fire doors (used in wet areas of factories) to help increase their ability to withstand their conditions. All very exciting. Other than that I ride my F4 whenever I get the chance :)

I make kids cry.... Really. Well at least the end product I produce does haha. But it also saves many of their lives.
I work as an injection molding Technichian/ Mechanic at the worlds largest syringe plant (2.5 billion made a year). Basically I set molds, troubleshoot and repair 300-400 ton presses, PM presses (tool room does the molds) and all sorts of other fun in process stuff as our product is manufactured to very tight tolerances.
I've pretty much done most stuff in the manufacturing world from management to hand assembly. I like the modern high speed places best and enjoy working with the big machines. They're the most challenging and I tend to get bored with stuff that's to easy.
I also do auto and bike repair on the side. I went to school for auto and worked in the feild for three years before returning back to Manufacturing.
I think the most intersting thing I've made is Skittles. I was a process Technichian when I lived in Texas for 9 months. It was a decent job but Texas wasn't for me.
