Umm i was wonderin how u guys would think it would look on my bike to pull the stickers off the sides i stand back and try and picture it but i dunno, i just wanna hear some fellow bikers opinions. thx. this side is a lil scratched so look passed that and try and picture it red.

 

I think it has been mentioned before, but the F4i sticker is apart of the side wings, so to take that off you would need to take off the white stripes that it is connected to, also. That would would leave you with just a red side and the unconnecting red wing tips on the tank. The wing tips on the tank cannot just be peeled off. The tank is metal and the tips are painted and clearcoated on, it isnt a decal... Personally, i do not like having the tips there with no wings, but some people here have done it and can make it look good.

I am in the middle of doing some decal work, too. Luckily forme the F4 on my side is seperate from the wings, so i pulled those off,kept the wings and am going to be adding some racing and manufacturer decals soon.

Its all personal preference, but i like to do cosmetic mods to my bike to make it my own and unique.

On an unrelated note, i really think Honda got it right with your color combo. I like the white and red a lot better than the red /gray and the red /black. I almost bought a 2001 white /red F4i, but they were asking for a grand more than the 1999 i ending up buying. The 99 is cleaner and had less miles, too... but i still think that maybe i shoulda went with the white /red!
