Default Went to my first Harley Davidson Store/Dealer

So anyway I went there with a buddy from work cause he had to pick up his Wifes Harley from their service dept. talk about EXPENSIVE heavey chrome things with fancy paint jobs i had a hard enough time lifting one off its kick stand i had to put some umpfff into it, all the people around there seemed pretty cool but I dont think they really knew or liked anything outside of Harley. While i was there this one guy pulled up in his harley and one the end of his tail pipe there were look alike gatling gun things spinning around when he was riding haha has anyone seen somthing like that? I mean wow does that just turn you on? haha but anyways that was my first harley experience. I would love to hear some others...

We have Destination Harley here in Tacoma...this place is HUGE! It's actually two buildings. One has new HD's with all the apperal and accessories. The other has used bikes. They have an outdoor BBQ pit for the weekend gatherings too. This place is always busy.
Nice place to see some sweet rides.

I'll pass. No experience, no desire to ever have any.

Harley Davidson is the master of marketing...they sell their name like there is no tomorrow. By the way..if you do decide to buy one, bring your wallet because those bad boys are eeeeeexxxpeeennssiive. Just wait till you start to customize it.....holy schnikeys

the one time I ever went to a harley store was for a BBQ and there was two fat whilte guys in their 50s in an actual fist fight over some 50 yo **** who apparently liked drama and they ended up knockin two bikes over before the cops showed up... the BBQ was pretty terrible too

I rode a sportster a couple of times and a super glide (I think) before I got my bike. Hate them! Never ride one again!

My mother had 3 differnt sportster 1200's till she finally upgraded to the softtail, i guess they are nice in there own non-unique way, but i would never own one of my own. Although i am guilty of ocassionally takin it for a relaxing compfortable yet shaky/vibrating cruise on the Ocen parkway which is 30+ miles along the ocean beach

As for harley dealers i can think of about 5 that are within a 20 miles of me
