Look into a suzuki motard, those things are killer fun on and off the street, insurance is stupid cheap too. I ride my xt225 DS allot on and off the street, I drag my boot tips through the corners on that thing, and I could rebuild it for next to nothing if I dumped it that bad. Theres lots of fun to be had, not only on a cbr, but buy back your cbr and track it. insurance on the xt is 58$ for 6mo, full coverage, vs 350$ for 6 mo on my 06 1krr.

bro we love you and respect your passion, so dont think your gonna come here have us support you quiting. instead we are going to put our foot in your *** and tell you to get back on that bitch!
We really shouldn't force to do anything after thinking about it, he had an accident that could have been fatal very easly and so he might be ha.ving second thoughts on riding because his experienceshowed him how frail life can be, so it should be his descision on whether to continue riding.
you can tell him to think it through. i'm sayin to get back on. i speak from experience, it is important to overcome these demons. just get your head right! trust me we both have good intentions here

Keep it. Pay it off. Fix it up. Get liability only. Ride a wee bit slower. Enjoy for years.

+1

I think you should get back on it as soon as possible and take a 10 minute spin. Then sit and decide whether you want to quit riding or not. I had couple accidents and I can guess how you feel. Experience makes you stronger. You had to have a lesson and lesson learned. I think It's time to move on man.

Do you really want to quit riding?

If you are going to quit, quit after you take a 10 minute ride and make it a nice ending. Knowing that you wanted to stop riding wh!le you can.
