Default Weekend Project (Pictures)

Well, I am in the midst of taking the bike apart, so I decided to take a break. I am trying to put (1) turns in the passenger pegs (do away with the old amber wings), (2) reposition license plate, (3), new front turns, (4) out some L.E.D's on, and whatever else comes to mind. Ha. Just thought I would share. Hopefully I will be done with most of it tonight!!!

P.S. I hope I can get all of thisback together!!!!

Whatcha Think

Here is some pictures of what I did. I have to say, putting it back together isa BEAST!!! The front end SUCKS to put back together!!!! Ohwell, I made my own fender eliminator, and installed turnsignals in the rear pegs, and one for the license plate light. All I need to get now are front turns. Here's some pictures of what I did.

What you guys/gals think? What do you guys recommend for front turns. I dont know if I want flushmount though, I want something visable.

Are you single? I just get a kick out of a torn apart motorcycle in the kitchen!!! My wife would make "John Wayne Kabobitts" before she let me tear apart my bike and have it in the house. Anyway, I think flushmounts are just not visible enough. There is a thread on here where a guy is buying some mirrors with indicators in them. He just ordered and will post his success when he installs. I would recommend something like that.

Why did you strip all of the plastics to put blinkers on?

Looks good on the pegs though
