I don't know if this is common knowledge, but there's a program out there that will allow you to grab pictures (like on e-Bay) that you may want to use, or improve so you can see detail better. It's a free download, and works well.

Or just right click and save as or - alt + print screen and paste into paint or word

seems to do the job,,,
