This is way off topic I know but I went shark fishing off a local wharf last night and ACTUALLY caught something. I got a couple more photos before I cut the line but they were crap. Its a 9 foot Bronze whaler

I would like to go deep sea fishing this summer....**REV a clue**......congrats, but why did you let it go? You don't catch what you eat....I don't, but others would...

thats really cool. shark fishing is something that i want to do someday. makes the 8 pound bass on my wall look like a goldfish!

 

Very cool. Catch and release is the way to go with sharks! Their numbers are way down these days.

 

Really off topic for me. I never got into fishing and fishing for sharks??? I'll dive with them, but good luck trying to get me to fight and pull one out of the water.

 

I was using a 200lb hand line and it was fun! It took about 30 minutes to get him to the side of the wharf. It was way to big to think about killing it

 

Damn, those are some fish!!!!
