ust b/c someone is on a scooter doesnt make them a homo....i have waved at them and i have even gotten dissed by them. their vehicles may not be as fast as ours, they may not be as cool as ours, but they still brave the streets on 2 wheels and if they get that enough to wave at me, i dont see why we shouldnt wave back. ive waved times it was not returned, and thats the guy i think is a homo.

I totally agree.

I'll wave at anyone on 2 wheels and a motor. I've owned on once because that's what I could afford and I loved to ride so I rode the hell out of it. We have some of our own that don't appreciate a good ride they just want to look good and can afford to. I say wave, you look cool to a fledgling knee dragger. And they see us wearing helmets and gear and maybe they'll think thats cool too.

So, we all bitch about the Harley and Cruiser guys not waving to us when we wave to them...........so then how is that different from us not waving to scooters?

Honestly, if someone actually thinks they're "cooler" because they have a sportbike, and using that as a basis for not waving to scooters..........that person has some serious ego problems.

I get waves all the time from cruisers. Its usually the custom bikers that dont wave back.

These "Who do I wave to" post make me wanna drown puppies. What is this, the 50th thread about waving.

Wave to who you want to.
You bring the mutt... I'll bring the pail and the water...

I wave to anyone brave enough to venture onthe street without the protection of a steel cage arround them. That includes even the ultimate in 2 wheel snobs... the road bicyclists

Then again I march to the beat of my own drum, and think scooters are pretty cool...

Wave if you want to, dont if you must... just make sure you're keeping your eyes on that cage about to turn left in front of you more than on the @$$hat that failed to give you your "propper respect" by not returning the almighty wave [8D]

I honestly would probably be more worried going 65 on the highway with a scooter, then my own bike. So, i'm not really one to start talking crap about them. Especially since if I had extra money I would be getting one to commute with to save miles on my CBR.
