Its amazing how we usualy spend soo much time INSIDE when the best part of our house is outside!!Congrats on the back yard. BTW last time you posted about your backyard someone posted about beeing carefull with the BBQ soo close to the siding, still you havent moved it, is it far enogh so that you wont have any problems on a long summer stake out. Like when all of our hungry ***** drop in for an unanounced visit this summer.



BTW I trided the old vine zinfandell, Good stuff!! Its hard to get here in Puerto Rico thow. Australian, French, And Spanish wines are not a problem. South american wines are also good and cheap here chile and argentina have good ones.

 

It is something like "FC&C" or "RC&C"...I can't remember the initials. When we were moving in, we had a little sheet metal shed that we put on the side of the house (you could see it from the driveway). That very same day, someone called the owner of the house and said we were in violation of the rules. Needless to say, we had to give the shed away because it was against the "rules" of the subdivision.

Sadly those people will probably be displaced, but your property value will go up, of course who cares if you plan on living there a long time, unless they're trashy people, because your property taxes are just going to go thru the roof. Oh well. We have "covenants" and half my neighbors are still trash. I wish I had a back yard. We have zilch, nada, zero, zip. Oh but one day I'll have my own motocross track and enough land to have "fun with firearms".
