Visa stock trading
So did anyone else pick up 25k worth of Visa today hoping it quadruples in share price within the next year?
Check out the 2 year Mastercard chart and the 5 yr Google chart to see what my hopes are. I borrowed 15k from a relative, and the extra 10k is on margin (loaned from the brokerage). Im gonna sell this **** when it has a value of 75-100k. I've been a gambler my whole life, yet this might be the best bet I ever made.

*never mind it is an IPO. Getready for a rocky rideI can't imagine how many day traders bought that stock. Hopefully being in at the ground floor it will produce for you if you hold onto it long past the Recession. The projected earnings will fall short for sometime. I hope you have more investments to counter the profit/loss margin a $5 drop will cost you close to $3,000 if bought at $44 on the other hand a $5 gain will do also. The market is shakey right now and long term is the only way to make this one work, not sure what the terms you have on the loan and margin but good luck to you and I hope the stock goes up quickly for you.
VISA will hold. I think that was a good decision. I wouldn't based your decision on mastercard, what happens in the past with the market does not happen in the future. Case in point, unless they get nabbed by some ridiculous corruption, you are going to make a lot of money. They are one of the largest international credit carriers, and pretty much everyone uses them through direct services or routing. Its going to be a little rocky, but if you hold out, you will have the cast for an RCV in no time.
+1 on Visa. I've been buing a financial ETF 'IYG' are its letters. I am in around $85, I feel good about it, but I think the Visa is a slam dunk. I'm glad you got some on the IPO.
