I think a seat belt would have helped this guy out a little.

That was funny. Not really. He was a bank robber that obviously was in a hurry to evade police and didnt think logically.

no we shouldn't have to wear seatbelts, if we dont want to. I do think that it is good to wear them, but i dont think the gov, should have the right to protect us from our selves.

He looks like he did the splits as he gets squashed by the car. So does his insurance pay for the damages to the car that plowed him? Who pays his deductible?
