The moment I got up it was raining ..and I mean absolutely persisting down!! ... it just hasnt stopped all day ... heavy rain and a dark grey sky, not quite the fairytale image today ..lol

I dont mind too much ..spent the whol.e day in my cottage on the sofa watching TV and reading books and magazines ..you simply cant beat a lazy day sometimes ..they last longer too dont they!! :-)

Anyone else enjoy these totally wasted lazy days??

My favourite kind of lazy day are grey ones in Southern California. Constant perfect weather gives way a bit in May and June when high clouds (no rain, really) move in and provide great contrast. Just a soft, subtle grey colour that helps define seasons in an otherwise repetitive climate. Love it.
