So i went looking for F4i's yesterday morning. Found a few but they are kinda in rough shape. I talked to one of the dealers and he told me people are buying up all the F4i's for stunting! So its gonna be even harder to find one! grrrr! But i did find this uber sexy '03 600RR with 6k miles for $5895 that im still drooling over...but my gf hates the exhaust coming out of the tail. lol.

That's nothing. You should have seen what happened to my beloved family of 900RR's...every Tom, Dick, and Harry got their hands on one, beat the crap out of it, and generally showed no respect for the machine whatsoever...now all we get in the 900RR forum is questions about how to fix what all the punters have done to them. I think your dealer is lying to you. With the econmy the way it is, people ain't buying crap, keep looking, good luck, I love my F4i, it does everything well and believe it or not, the banana seat is why my G/F likes it.

 

That RR would be cool, and it's your money dude. I would go for it.

 

I can see what she means, my girl smells like fuel for like two days after she gets off my bike (and yes, she showers). Just tell her the rear seat will vibrate more, which it does, so the undertail pipe will not only look cool, but its +1 for her. (I know this cause I hit powerband in second getting on a high with my girl on the back once, and she told me what happened after we got off. Its also nice cause its out of the way.

 

Well I see you're not too far from where I bought my cbr, Check out Road Track and Trail in Big Bend, they have more used bikes in stock than anyone else in the area.

They said in a busy week they will go through and reorder up to 100 bikes from a wholesaler, so I'm not sure how up to date their online inventory is.

Oh and I didn't like the undertail exhaust when I first bought it either, but it grew on me in a hurry
