RE: I Need Your Prayers Please
THANK YOU EVERYONE!
I got word just a few hours ago that Amber is now in stable condition and doctors are now expecting her to survive. They are still trying to find out if there is any brain damage from the crash, but at least she'll make it.
The driver of the Farmer's insurance car, Jeanne Medina, is a lady that goes to daily church with my mom and is completely torn apart by what happened. (that's apparent in the picture in the article). A truck was blocking the view of the bike until it was too late and Amber hit the car. This truly was an accident and I forgive Jeanne Medina for what happened. I would hate to be in Jeanne's situation right now. The life of an 18-year old hanging in the balance because of your mistake. I pray for Jeanne and I'm continuing to pray for Amber.
On a side note.......Doctors agree that if Amber was wearing a helmet, she would have possibly walked away from the accident with no more than a few abrasions or possibly a couple broken bones at worst. Take this as a lesson. Wear your helmet (even for a ride down the street). Amber was less than 2 miles from her home, crashes happen anywhere.
THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR PRAYERS! Please continue to pray for her and her family.

RE: I Need Your Prayers Please
sorry about your friend... this is always a tough time for anyone. I hope you guys and girls all remember to wear your helmets.
On a side note I need to get clairification on something:
Driving an insurance vehicle without insurance??? I'm not trying to threadjack, but doesn't seem a little weird?
On a side note I need to get clairification on something:
Jeanne Medina, 42, speaks to a Las Cruces Police Officer Jimmie Brown on Wednesday after a motorcycle driven by Amber Dunnihoo, 18, struck the passenger side of the Farmers Insurance Dodge Magnum that Median was driving while heading south on Valley Drive. Medina was cited for not having proof of insurance. (Sun-News photo by Shari Vialpando)
