Default trying to figure out what kind of car to get

i recently have been looking at used cars because i am sick of my current car and want something new, i've had my car for a little over 2 years. so i was wondering everybodys opinion on this, i like to modify cars and i want to get a quick car thats not to expensive i was looking at the cobalt ss/sc, wrx, rsx-s, 07 tiburon gt, nd stuff like that, you kno decent cars. if anyone can help me decide that would be great, thanks.

what is not to expensive to you? how much do you want to spend? does the car have to be driven in snow?

Of the cars you listed the WRX is the obvious choice.

WRX & Cobalt SS are pretty legit cars.

I deplore FWD so I wouldn't be interested in most of them. What about an older, light, sporty RWD car. Would be much more enjoyable to drive.

I have to go with the WRX. The cobalt is a nice car, my mom has a SS 4 door non supercharged. I drive it, It rides nice, It has had some warranty work, sunroof and window motors replaced. It's just not engineered to be a sports car. The E brake is in under the center console(if you have a manual) so when ever you want to pull it up you have to move the console. I would have one if it wasn't for that..
