I agree with W D R -but chances are he'll eventually plead to involuntary manslaughter and assault- but a convicted felon with an AK47 ? Tha's a bit hard to swallow - surely a parole violation right there ? Can't prove anything in respect of the money - no probable cause....
Sure he's a dealer - we know that, but I suspect he was scared of his supplier coming to demand money, and fired without considering it was Halloween.

Thats ****ty. Too bad that a kidgot wasted over somethin so stupid. Is that how the ******** would answer the door fora cop serving papers or something?
Also, its dumbasses like that that put a bad name to guns and assault weapons. The news had to blurt out AK-47, when it was probably some vairiant WASR-10. Damn people like this guy are why simple rights are being taken away
