My boy got pretty jacked up on his dirtbike a few weeks back in a way similar to this. He was on the trails with 3 other friends of ours, and hit a vine...with his neck.

It ripped him off his bike and backflipped his *** to the ground. He was damn lucky he didn't snap his neck or crush his jugular. A day later, there was a black and blue mark from ear to ear under the chin...
