he did not want to get cuaght smoking? WHAT!!! i am a smoker. if i dont have a cig for more than a hour oh god things get uneasy. i dont think anyone would care if you smoke a cig in a eleavator that has been stuck for hours. and then over a day. maybe it would have set off a smoke alarm.

he probley ended up sueing the buildings owners.

Dude, that sucks so bad...he just starts laying down after a while, at what point do you start thinking your going to die in that elevator. I could not imagine what that must feel like.
