So yesterday I was presented with 2 options.. An 03 gixxer750 with goodnmiles, custom paint, etc.. Or an 02 600rr with good miles...

The gixxer is $800 cheaper.. But they are both ridiculously cheap to begin with...

Now assuming they are both cosmeticslly and mechanically equal, what would you do? Which one would you take home?

 

I would get the Honda, I dont like anything with custom paint unless I put it there. It's most likely been down and needed a complete makeover.

Ummm....you mean an 02 F4i???? Cuz 2003 was the first model year for the 600RR.....

 

im not exactly sure about the year of the rr, this info is all coming secondhand so the details may be skewed just a lil...

to tell u the truth, i know nothing about gixxers (but i kno i looooove hondas. as far as quality and style, etc.. not to mention classy). i never even sat on a gixxer so i really have no idea what they are all about.. i told my friend that i definitely wanted the rr at first but after i thought about it for a lil while i figured it was at least worth sitting on and getting a feel for (which i have not done yet)... so thats when i decided to post this thread.. to confirm why i dont want a gixxer... sooo far sooo gooood! im liking what i hear! lol

 

This is a "CBR" forum though........Cant say you gonna get an un biased opinion.......We all have honda's because we prefer them......

 

ive never road a 600rr but i rode a gsxr 750 for a while and i liked it and never had a problem out of it. Go with what you like, they are both good bikes.
