honestly....i like to think i know you people on here. when you post alot, you kinda get to know peoples personalities. i feel w/ most of you theres nothing left but to see you in person, lol. so to me....on THIS forum i have no problem helping a brother out.

but i can honestly say that on the other two forums i posted it on, if someone were to post this type of dilema....i would not help. i dont post on there hardly ever, and i feel no connection w/ anyone on those forums like i do here.

You know I've been on this forum going on two years now. In that time I've gotten in to it with a handfull of yas - but let me just say...

If I've ever had a problem and gotten into it with anyone in this thread, consider this my white flag to you. Everyone here has something to be proud of, even if only for your kind words.

As a bartender, I know what I need to make every night to pay my bills. Any extra goes towards the bike/s. Tonight I made a little extra and although my 929 is sitting in my hotel parking lot with a dead battery, lol, I'm going to take some ofthe extra and put it towards a bike. Your bike.

WOW...I came across this thread today after JFunkRR sent it to me, and I must say that I am very touched by this. It's truly incredible to see everybody coming through for a complete stranger like this, and the value of this thread goesFAR beyond saving BlindinOrange's bike.

We're all in this game of life together, yet we are constantly stepping on each other and being nasty to one another out there in this "me" society, but seeing something as noble and good natured as what is happening in this thread is truly uplifting, and it's rewarding just to be a part of this thread and forum.

I was sick when I thought I was going to have to sell my bike in December when I got in a bit of financial trouble, but I was fortunate enough have to come intosome money since then, so I gotta help a brother out. I was so moved by all of this that I even contacted the local news. I have no idea if this is something they will cover, but why not. It would be nice to hear hear some GOOD news on TV once in a while. Besides, I am sick of all the bad press that we, as sportbike riders, receive.
