So, I should plead Not guilty right?.. I mean doesnt sound right saying that I wasnt guilty of speeding because I was but only because of the quick reduction in speed limit... 40 t0 25 ...

I'll take the advice from above and get a court day, then try to change it by saying I cant make it that day... Hope he dont show up lol.

I was cruising down the freeway today at 85mph with one hand on the bars and suddenly a motorcycle CHP goes flying by me at at least 95 in the same lane. He just kept going... I don't envy you guys.

hey Tre CBRF4I funny you say about a 250 noise disturbance i have gotten pulled over twice in my wrangler for my exhaust and my stereo twice. Fortunately for me both times warning.

 

85 with one hand,, I must be a puss, I hit 85 and I slow down,,,, lol...

Read your states vehicle codes. In california its not a speed "limit" its a suggested speed with certain conditions (i.e. if its raining or something you can get a ticket for going under the speed limit). Also if the road hasnt been surveyed in a certain amount of time they cannot use radar to enforce a speed limit on it. But since its a school zone that prolly wont work. Check on ticketassasin.com got some great stuff on there.
