sneezing sucks.....

Most people have gotten hit by bugs of many sorts but...
has anyone ever gotten a bee inside your helmet while riding? it's a bitch.

any bird strikes?

 

no...just big ars dragon flys. anybody sneeze so hard they make the bike wobble? that ****e is scary. i have had a couple birds fly into my windsheilds tho (in my car). Its funny cause u here them roll all over the top lol

 

I haven't had a bird strike yet...knock on wood...but i have had to dodge a couple. A couple of weeks ago I missed a dove by about 6 inches doing close to the century mark. That would have hurt.

 

I had my visor up once, and got hit in the cheek by a big assed bug...hurt like a son-of-a-bitch, and I wasn't even going that fast! I do not want to duplicate that event. As far as the sneezing goes, I like to wait until I have a mouthful of food, so I can sneeze half a hamburger around the room.

 

Ive had the visor up and had the big *** bug fly in an hit my face as well...and it does hurt. Fortunately not a bee tho. I once had a bee fly in my car when i was on my way to Miami, i thought it was a rock that got kicked up and landed in my hair...it wasnt. Facker hurt like hell, thought i got hit by a baseball bat. Throbbed all night long.

 

Once when I was a little kid, I used an outhouse, and when I pulled up my pants...a bee got in my skivies. That was a bad few moments. A bee sting to a little kid is the end of the world...I remember being traumatized.

 

I remember riding to calc last fall, I was crusing down a nice 4 block strech with no sideroads. Ahead in the distance I saw this massive bug, I kid you not I could see the damn thing a good block to block and a half ahead. I figured it would of course not head directly towards me (ignorance is bliss sometimes). Well as I kept going I swear the thing had targeting attached to it because as I shifted to the left it went left, I went right, it went right. Needless to say the bee and I collided... I swear it left a mark on my forehead through the visor. To this day I swear that bee was out to get me.
