Jules, you are the best. So quick to make a positive out of a negative. I can go on and on in this thread.

1. Last year, when my family was separated (military duties), my wife booked tickets for her, and my 2 daughters to fly from Hawaii, to Georgia to have thanksgiving with me.

2. Normal everyday things. She makes sure I always have clean clothes, anda hot meal.

3. My children are well taken care of. Kept clean, well groomed, and dressed nice.

4. She always has a fresh hair do, and keeps a new manicure, and pedicure. Never leaves the house looking like ****. She represents me well.

5. Self motivated. I have a career woman, that keeps a clean house, and makes her own money.

6. ANYTHING I ask for, I get. Anything!!(material)

7. She fits in well with the guys. Shes not the type that goes in the bedroom when friends come over. We talk sports, and drink together.

8. She sticks by my side. I can be a real dick at times, and after all these years, shes still here, and happy(as far as i know).

9. Every Fathers day, and Birthdayshe goes out all in planning and making sure my girls give methe the best day I could imagine. ie..breakfast in bed, Dining at my favorite restaurant, etc..

10. She cooks her *** off. I mean sista throws down in the kitchen.

11. She never complains abot me doin man ****. Golf, videogames, riding, etc....

Man, this should be a sticky, so when she pisses me off, I can look up hereand see why I got married, lol. Overall, we are very compatible, and I would hate to imagine life without her.

 

I dont have a woman at the moment, but my left hand does things for me that my right hand wont

Getting back to the thread, my wife is my world. She has been there for me through so much, she is an incredible person. We only knew each other for 6 months when I had some medical issues that would have sent the normal person running. She was relentless from every neurologist app. she was there every step of the way. If wasnt for her, Im really not sure how I would have handled the situation for as bad as it was. Im just about 100 percent recovered now though, thanks in a big part to her. She is also a great mother to my son who is now 18 months old. I never wanted children, she wanted 4,we comprimised on one. We were married and she became pregnant 4 months after our wedding. I cant thank her enough, and I do every day it seems for our wonderful son. I have never loved someone so much as my son and I will forever be thankful to her for that. I dont know what I would do without my son. I truely am one of the luckiest guys I know. I really neverwould have thought a life like this was going to happen for me, but it did.Even through these hard times, she is my rock.

Thats a wonderful story, and heart warming ... the person who sticks with you through any serious illness is most definitely a keeper :-)

jules, this a a great thread you started, its cool to hear you guy's lighter side, and good to know you have people in your life that you really care for.
