Default Things you take for granted

Ill start...

Your OWN toilet paper! You suddenly realize how much you take it for granted, when your at work, or a restraunt or wherever, when you have to use the 20 grit sand paper (that they try to pass off as toilet paper) on your ***.

Your health, the simple ability to do everyday things ...

I would also have to say your own bed, theres nothing like it .. go away somewhere and more often than not you suffer in uncomfortable beds ..when you get home your bed feels amazing and you have the best nights sleep evar!! ..lol

After being honorably discharged from the AF, I find myself wishing I was back in. It is for the better though. Today society outside the military is scary and takes time to adjust to it. 2 months down and counting.

I used to dislike loading the dishwasher. Now I do not have one and wash the dishes by hand. I also used to have internet access at home, but now I have to drive several miles to the library to read this forum. I also miss the television, stereo, trash compactor and the hot tub. Poverty sucks ! I will never take my health for granted though. Pace, Gris.
