no not the car rally in Austin but bad enough - we just had a 20 minute rain shower and when I walked out of the house the blacktop road we live on was doing this

wow..thats crazy.

things suck here up north. we havent even made it out of the 60's for the past month. usually were into the 100's by now. and we have some major flooding going on due to 2 weeks of solid rain. half of our town is evacuated..send some of that nice weather our way

That's nothing. There's a cemetary in Centralia, PA that does that year round (do to coal mine fire that has been burning for years).

I was in TX last year and was lucky enough that it didn't get very hot....

I would die down there. It got up to 81 here today and I couldn't stand it.

we've already had several 90+ days with heat indexes of over 100... unfortunately this will hold steady until mid to late september :-) they are predicting 30+ days over 100 this summer - should be a hot one!

not that I would trade it, I hate being cold worse than anything so I love the summertime

we hit the 90's last 2 days here in OH, and all next week looks the same.....glad I got my pool open (I got it open on monday, and on wednesday the water was 80*)

30+ days of 100 degrees +....thats why I dont live in Texas anymore

yeah...the heat sucks...almost makes me not want to ride... =\ riding around for about 20 mins gives me a noticable tan line too... and the ride very uncomfortable when my bike heats up... and i smell after i get anywhere! but with these rising gas prices...there's nothing i can do but to deal with it
