Taxes are a rip off. Were getting skreweed.

 

Owe again this year. I just don't have any deductibles and so I have to go with the standard deduction. No dependents, no property, not a damn thing that could be considered deductible. Granted, it's only $154 bucks, but then DC comes in and rapes me. My "state" taxes for DC are more than the Federal ($217).

 

Sucks for all who have to pay. My mom pays a large amount in every month so she can break even. This year she gets like 3,000 back. Me on the other hand, as long as I have kids and a stay at home wife and being underpayed by the "US Army" Im good. My last deployment was nice, no taxes and when I got back I filed and got like 6,000 back! With that being said, MY government is just paying me for the work I do!
