So, i had my first meet of the season today (i'm a springboard diver for Bentley College in Mass). During warm -ups for 3 meter, i clipped my heal on the board... nothing serious but still enough to go "Oh Sh*t what was that?" so i shook it off and kept on trucking. well competition came around and i couldn't shake the thought. so i'm standing on the board going "Don't hit the boar, Don't hit the board, Don't hit the board" this was the result.

Atleast it was just a leg, Could have been my head that hit the board. the whole back of my left calf is torn up like road rash.
