Being a trainer, I see alot wrong with that. Somebody's gonna get hurt! But you gotta give it too them, that is one hell of an intense workout!!

Yeah, alot of guys here on post are really getting into crossfit.... It doesn't really interest me, as i am a big fan of the weight room (call me old-fashioned i guess) but they say it's a great workout.

Agree with Blondbiker, some really horrible looking form, and some of the ways fighting to get up on the rings, yikes blown shoulder anyone. But hella tough.

looking at them makes me relize that most of us are real PUSSIES.
I am a profesional athlete, and I dont kid myself, I'm no whare near that togh. Yet, most of those excersizes, (specially the rings and the way they where lifting the bar) could get them hurt real fast

+1. although they are really putting alot into it, very intense...they are laking a bit of form in many of the lifts. Back, shoulders, and hamstrings could take a pounding ina bad bad way of they continue this type of workout too long. But you have to hand it to them..."A" for effort!

the wrong *****....thats some funny sh*t!!

Where those 45lb plates or the big rubber style that look heavier than they are? I wouldn't want to mess with them. Although as stated before improper form leads to some pain. I spend most of my day lifting with my back not with my legs because sometimes you just cann't lift things the right way and my back pays for it every day.

What is a workout like this one good for? if what you are gaining you could loose in a very bad back injury.[sm=owned.gif][sm=dontgetit.gif]
