I got to, "because I use a Mac," and I had to call bullsh*t. Macs contribute their fair share of problems both hardware and software.

I honestlycan't rememberwhatI didwhen I was home and didn't have an internet connected PC... I musta been really bored!

my pc has restared once in a years time. and it was a video card problem and a game. all i needed was a simple update. i hate macs so much.

The few devices that I use, day-to-day, don't seem to give me any trouble. If they give me problems, I just quit using them. Example, I got a Dell pocket computer, for work. Forgot to charge it and it killed the back-up battery. After 3-weeks and 3 or 4 back-up batteries, I just quit using it.[:@] Too much aggravation for me. At least if my cell phone or laptop dies, I just have to plug them in, and don't lose the memory.

Now the CD player in my car is another issue (not an operator problem) altogether and I have not had any IPOD experience yet.
