Anybody follow hockey? Long time Wings fan here. Just bought tickets to game 5 in the D, it will be my first Wings game. WOOHOO!!!

I grew up a Montreal fan - lived in Ottawa so became a Sens fan... 8 years of watching them blow up...

Sid's from my home town - and as many locals can say I've skated with him. He was younger and spanked our asses, but I was on the surface with him. He's come a long way in his brief NHL career and if he and Malk keep it up it will be an exciting series.

I'll be a 6 game series... and I'm rooting for the Pens... but as a hockey fan I'm just looking forward to good hockey.

GO WINGS! I'm gonna say Wings in 5, sweep would be nice but realistically I'll say 5. Don't like how they have games 1 & 2 on Sat & Sun, no rest, but with the Wings' experience I think they'll be fine.
Pisses me off how VS network has exclusive rights to broadcast the games though, I can't watch them! Not paying for the premium Sat package just for 1 channel.

 

Dude rrasco I just bought game 5 tickets too. I am from Pittsbrugh though so I will be in ur house again. I was their last year for game 5 also with the triple ot game.. Maybe ill see you there.

 

It's too bad that both teams can't lose. Sid's a great player but he's a freakin crybaby, and for some reason that I already know I can't justify, I just hate the Red Wings.

Maybe I'll plot to steal the cup so neither of them can win it. Hah!
