Default Stadium seats?

So with the kick off of football season, I've decided to go to my first game. To do it right I figured I better make it a Monday Night game. I was wondering if anyone has been to the University of Phoenix Stadium and could tell me where good seats might be? Do I want to be closer to the action or sit in an upper section so I can see more of the field? Any places to stay away from or they all good just go and have fun?

Brandon,
I can't help you with O of P seating specifically, but my buddy's dad is a season ticket holder for the Niners. My buddy Mike gets a few tickets a year and has taken me three times over the last ten years. The seats are about eight or ten rows up on the 25 yard line and they are GREAT!!! From my experience, I would suggest getting as close as possible to the action. Seeing the players close up is surreal. Your first time will be a trip. It is almost as fun just to be there as it is to watch the game. Have a blast!

I used to get tickets for the Giants (now 1-0) and they were about 10-15 rows up from the 50yrd line and there is no time you couldn't see what was going on..

You would think its better to be higher up and see it all, but really its sooo hard to see from up there and follow the ball

+1 to close tickets....when your up high you see a bunch of people running but you cant tell who...espically if you get an inzone seat and there at the other end of the field. My buddy got 4 tickets about 3 years ago like 12 rows from the front on the 40yard line...best seats I have ever sat at, and he got them fro free through his work and took em and my wife!

I have been to my fair share of games, sat everywhere possible prolly, and have been on the sidelines several times. IMO mid field area is best, about 15 rows up is great. Too high and cant see as much as several have stated. But too low (1st or 2nd row, and its also hard to see. When they are close it cool, but anywhere down field and its hard to judge. As a side note, i do like endzone seats also, gives a really cool perspective when they are in your end. Like on a running play, you can truly see the blocking and watch the holes open up, its really neat. You also dont realize how wide the field really is until your there. Anyhow have a great time, and check your local phone book for a stadium layout, and sections,i know a lot of books do that.

Well I have season tickets to the Texans the last 4 years and i'v had "club level" *that would be the 2nd story* and i'v had field level *bottom or 1st story*

get as low and as close as you can get. dont go up if you can help it, up = suck ***
