I am only about two metres away but yes I zoomed too :-) ..they are totally tame here, you go right up to them ..they will even take stuff out your hand ...

We had squirrels like that on campus at Penn State. They would come right up andand grab anything out of your hands if you knelt down, held out your hand and clicked your tongue at them. I once didn't kneel down far enough and the little bugger climbed up my bare leg and out my arm to get the acorn I was offering.Ouch!!! [:@][:@] Never again...

LOL yes i have had that happen too ..if you go to Chester here, the park is full of squirrels and they will climb up you if you stretch out your hands, best to kneel on the ground and put your hand towards them ...

He was actually a bit spooky, I got down on my knees to take this and as I watched he very slowly lowered that nut from his mouth and just went motionless ..staring at me ..I had no idea I was moments away from certain death!! ..lol
