Nah, PCB never changes. Spring Break has gotten a bit smaller here in the last couple of years, but it is still a drunk fest. Give it a week or two more and it will be way more crowded. As long as there is alcohol, reckless disregard for everything but partying and crowds of horny college/highschool students, there will be tons of debaucherous behavior.....sometimes thats a good thing.

Ywa, I just mover from there to Orlando last year, and it had been getting a little smaller the past few years.THats where I worked on the PD at, but it got to be a political fest, so I left. It sucked. I will definately let you know if I get up that way.

A friend of my wifes used to work at the Springfield PD. I think she knows most of the folks in town. And yes, it's all kinds of politcial around here.
