Maybe back when I lived in Houston. Do that here in Philly (especially West or North Philly) and the responding gunfire from the neighbors would cause millions in property damage...

Our anti hijack response units don't use shotguns, they use 9mm full auto H&K or similar.
2 or 3 rounds from a shotgun and the driver is still alive ?????- shooter would have been dismissed from the Team.
And our cops would have arrived the next day, if you're lucky !
