..... like warming up the bike early on a saturday morning and knowing you don't have jack chit to do all day.

 

LOL, once my bike sputtered as it ran out of gas, luckily I was on a giant down-hill + there was no oncoming traffic. I coasted for about 1/2-3/4 mile into a gas station on the other side of the street.

 

...like getting a group together, going out getting lost on windy roads until you find a way back home!

 

...like turning off the busy road you take and seeing the country roads winding off ahead of you

...like seeing the first "curves ahead" sign on a ride

...like finally getting far enough out in the country to lay on the throttle and listen to the engine wind the whole way up.

 

... like getting lost and enjoying it

 

...like a two hour test ride after servicing your bike (she got a brake fluid flush and a new front tire tonight)

 

...like people who make awsome threads like this

...like when you think its gonna rain the night before..wake up beautiful day outside

...when you find a random rider/riders that know how to ride with you on the road(non squids)

...when you just get a new to me(used) alpinestars leather ATL jacket for a steal(got one this week end)

...when some 16yr old pulls up next to you thinkn his stock rust stang is going to beat you

...like when the wife and kids leave for all day trip to see family you bail out to ride all day..last saturday

 

Like when you ride 400 miles just to ride 200 more and then turn around and ride 400 back home and the warmest it gets is 55 degrees but you don't care because the only two things that matter are making sure your gear stays on the back and that your tires keep hooking up.
