X I have that same rear stand on my 1K..I've never seen the red ends on the spool side...does it hold up okay?

Insurance was pure rape. The RR was over 4 grand less and it's one hell of a bike.

And I get to stay and play here!

How bad was the insurance mark up? I thought most places charged by engine size.

The name Ducati raised the price over a hundred a month above the normal rate. I bought frame sliders for the new bike but the normal 8mm hardware didn't work. Apparently the '08 has a different size? I'll try to find the right ones tomorrow, the stand should be using the sliders to be secure.

Nice ride X, glad your liking it. My only comment was going to be you paid a bit much for it, but i guess the market down south does not dive like it does up here with winter approaching. I could get one here for 10k otd.

Anyhow get to a class so you can learn how to ride that thing

Not at all, if i recall correctly X takes an advance riding class yearly, or something like that anyhow. So new bike, now back to school. Wasnt meant as a dig at all.
